Gertrude’s Nose

Mountain Smokehouse turkey breast, 5 spoke tumbleweed (semi-hard cheese, similar to aged cheddar), herb marinated avocado, tomato and onions, Farmhouse microgreen blend and basil sunflower garlic aioli on ciabatta bread. 

North Point

Mountain Smokehouse ham, 5 spoke Welsh cheddar (creamy, mild and buttery), Barrel and Brine Fire & Ice pickles and Cracked pepper mayo on ciabatta bread

Rattlesnake Hill 

Old Chatham Camembert (soft, buttery, mild), Farmhouse microgreen blend and raspberry balsamic marinated bumbleberry chutney on a baguette 

The Farmhouse Grilled Cheese

Melted camembert cheese, Redmond cheddar, marinated tomato and onion on toasted baguette.

Peanut butter and blueberry jam on white sliced bread

Larchmont beef prosciutto and saucisson, McGrath fresco cheese (fresh, buttery, spreadable), herb marinated tomato and onions, Farmhouse microgreen blend, oil and vinegar on a baguette

Jenny Lane 

Mountain Smokehouse chicken breast, Jake’s aged gouda (sharp), crispy bacon, house-made sriracha ranch, sliced tomato, red onion and Farmhouse microgreen blend on ciabatta bread

Castle Point

Smoked chicken salad, 5 Spoke Welsh Cheddar (creamy, buttery, mild), sliced avocado, house pickled jalapeno, sliced tomato, onion and Farmhouse microgreen blend in a flour tortilla 

Millbrook Mountain

Thick cut harvest multi-grain toast topped with hummus, feta, marinated avocado, tomato, cucumber and kalamata olives. 

Mine Hill

Thin sliced roast beef, Welsh cheddar, Farmhouse microgreen blend, herb marinated tomato & onion and cracked pepper mayonnaise on a baguette 

Greek Peak (Salad)

Farmhouse microgreen blend, cucumbers, tomato, bell peppers, red onion, feta cheese, kalamata olives, chickpeas and fresh herb vinaigrette

Storm King (Salad)

Farmhouse microgreen blend, herb marinated avocado, cucumber and tomatoes, Jake’s aged gouda (sharp), thin sliced beef prosciutto and Truffle sunflower vinaigrette. 

Bear Mountain (Salad)

Farmhouse microgreens blend sliced bell peppers, raspberry balsamic marinated bumbleberry chutney, Welsh cheddar cheese (creamy, mild, buttery), tomatoes and fresh herb vinaigrette topped with smoked chicken breast.
