Anthony Lanci

Is a career chef, who after graduating from Johnson and Wales went on to work as Sous and later Head Chef at many successful restaurants throughout NYC. In 2015, he began his own restaurant consulting business, New York Restaurant Management, where he consulted and managed countless restaurants. 

Growing up in a first-generation Italian family, where his Pop made his own wine and family gathered around Sunday dinner, his heart always led back to the fresh, quality ingredients it takes to make a meal. The Farmhouse Market is his dream of bringing the best ingredients together all in one place to fruition and carry on the tradition of enjoying good food together for his daughter, Leona.
